Yummy zucchinis

We harvested three zucchinis from my garden last Saturday. We grilled the veggies with a sprinkling of oregano (which is growing in an old tub of Magnolia ice cream by my kitchen window) and they were yummy. Nothing beats fresh veggies straight from the garden. I have four zucchini plants and they are very productive.

E picked another zucchini from the backyard today. Man, these zucchs grow fast. You forget about them for a couple of days and next thing you know, they're as big as a baseball bat. Hehehe. I'm really not complaining, I love zucchs, I love growing my own food. I can't wait for my other veggies to mature too.
